I've mentioned baby Molly on here before. When her mom was in her early 2nd trimester she found out that Molly has two heart defects and despite treatment, her little heart started failing a few weeks ago. Medically there was nothing the drs could do for her so her family decided to stop treatment (the meds has negative affects on her mom) and allow her life to last as long as God has planned. Little Molly has survived these few weeks in her mommy's tummy and tomorrow she will be born into the world. The drs have already told her mom and dad that there's nothing really they can do for Molly so her mom and dad are taking a compassionate care approach and they are going to just spend as much time with her after she is born as they can. I don't really know how long Molly will survive after she is born, but I'm grateful to God for this family that they will have at least a few moments so they can tell her how much they love her and she can feel their arms around her.
My heart is breaking over this. I just can't even imagine how hard this whole ordeal has been for this family. I can't understand it and every time I think about them going to the hospital tomorrow to deliver their baby, the whole time knowing that they won't be able to bring her home....I just can't even describe the sorrow I feel for them. This whole evening, every time I looked at Damon I just thanked God so much for him being here. Maybe some of you out there wonder if we had known what all we would have to face with him, would we still have even gotten pregnant. The answer is yes, a hundred times over. As horrible as some of it has been, he is so worth it and he's here with us. And this family doesn't even get the chance. My words aren't coming out like I want them to so I'm going to stop typing. Thank you God for your Holy Spirit who interprets our prayers even when we can't find the words to say. Please pray for Bob, Kathy, Sean, and baby Molly tomorrow.

Sarah, I love you so much, your compassion and the pain you feel for others is the very reason that God gave you Damon and his situation. You have been such and help and inspiration to others who have faced or might possibly face the same trials that you and Jeremy have. I have said before that God knew what he was doing when he gave Damon parents like you. He knew you would see far past the health problems and be a witness for him. And that you both have been. Mom
