Cade is out little buddy from Texas. I first learned about him when I was pregnant with Damon. There were updates on our church bulletin board about this baby who was sick and when I found out about that Damon had HLHS someone told me to read about baby Cade and see all the things that God had done for him. Turns out that baby Cade has HLHS too. Fast forward to today, Cade is 5 and had his third open heart surgery in the middle of January. The same one that Damon just had in October.

Cade has had some problems with his sodium level being dangerously low like Damon did. He also has to be on a no-fat diet like Damon did. He's had problems with his drain tubes clogging and he was supposed to have another surgery on Tuesday to see where the problems were but it has been postponed until next week.

Cade's parents are Billy and Bre. He has two brothers too. Please keep this precious boy and his family in your prayers. They have been in the hospital for a lot of days now and I remember how hard it was to see Damon's spirits so down because he wasn't feeling good. Pray pray pray!!! Will update soon.
